Specified achievements:

A. Two succeessful company turnarounds: Pekarna Postojna and Elektrode Jesenice;

B. “Insight into the competitive position” of three companies achieved in a very short time; so that the owners were able to make a decision about bankruptcy;

C. Planned bankruptcy for Energoinvest TTL Ljubljana, as the only way for a company turnaround given its circumstances, resulting in otherwise unlikely success.

Three kinds of achievements:

I. In the first decade he successfully managed international sales, marketing, purchasing and logistics in the large company Iskra. The proof and evidance is his career development.

II. In the second decade, he achieved the expected results of five company owners while managing their company turnarounds. This can be seen from the fact that after the bankruptcy of one company, he was appointed to lead the second company inside the same company group. These facts can be verified by the board members of Slovenske železarne d.d., Prof. dr. Vasilij Prešern, Tibor Šimonka univ. dipl. oec. and Dr. Matic Tasič.

III. In the third decade he decided to rebuilt his competences for knowledge economy in the modern global digital world where knowledge is key for every person, company and country.
