About the intellectual rights. My expertise is not focused on a new theory and I am not an author of the gathered knowledge. Managing as practice is an art more then is a science. Organized knowledge about management is a science but I don’t have scientific ambitions. I am a business manager, who collected, summarized and conceptualized the publicly available knowledge suitable for application and adapted to my professional background. It’s my approach to managing company turnaround.
